Silvercrest at Deer Creek offers Independent Living and Assisted Living. If you aren’t sure what type of care you need, please try our Care Questionnaire or Contact us today.
Before move-in, Silvercrest at Deer Creek’s team of nurses will assess your current health and review your medical history to determine the best care for you. We will also discuss your own preferences, including your day to day routines, to develop the best plan for you.
While residents may keep their current physicians, we can also help them find physicians closer to the community. We have regular visits to our communities from some doctors, but their is no obligation to use them. We offer transportation for our residents who need a ride to a doctor’s appointment, for an additional fee.
We are resident-focused. Our staffing is based on each resident’s specific needs, not on a set time predicted to meet their needs. At Silvercrest at Deer Creek we offer personalized care for each resident, insuring that everyone is treated with respect, kindness and comprehensive care.
Our activities and programs are specifically designed to engage our residents in five areas of wellness. We focus on physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual wellness.

Touring, Visits and Costs

While the age of our residents varies, the average are in their mid-80’s.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your pet. If you are able to care for your pet and they meet our requirements (1 dog, not exceeding 30 pounds; 2 cats; caged birds-up to 2; fish tank not to exceed 50 gallons) we would love for them to join our family.
We serve three meals a day and our chefs serve residents restaurant style. In addition to the delicious entrees featured at each meal, if a resident is unable to join us for dinner, we are able to deliver food to their room.
The cost to live at Silvercrest at Deer Creek is based on each resident’s individualized plan. Our Affordability Calculator can help you see your current monthly expenses. This may be helpful to consider when planning your senior living expenses.

Our base rate in assisted living and memory care includes 3 meals a day, housekeeping, laundry service, an emergency safety alarm system, wellness checks, transportation to community programs and all of our in-house activities.

As this is our residents’ home, we welcome visitors and will always work with our family and friends to visit loved ones at a time that works best for them.
